DAI (Thailand) Limited, an international consulting firm, is recruiting highly qualified and motivated persons to work as the Finance Officer on the anticipated 4-year USAID-funded “Together” program in Thailand that will focus on good governance, conflict mitigation, and reconciliation themes. The program will build upon the successes of previous and existing USAID programming and complement ongoing bilateral engagements between the U.S. Government and the Royal Thai Government.

Finance Officer will be responsible for all financial transactions and ensure that the outlined financial policies and procedures are implemented in accordance with DAI procedures, USAID regulations, and local law.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial payments, records, and documentation ensuring they are compliant with local laws, as well as DAI and USAID regulations;
• Managing funds liquidity, completing periodic financial reports;
• Managing all taxes and participating in periodic audits.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance.
• Minimum 8 years Accounting/Finance professional experience, preferably in managing finance for USAID-funded projects.
• Demonstrated leadership and integrity.
• English and Thai fluency required.
