Position: Thai Language Trainer

Length of contract: Minimum 1 year contract with a 3-month probationary
Location: Mae Sot, Tak Province, Thailand
Start of assignment:February 2021

Responsibilities:
1. Assisting with entry level testing for students
• Translating entry level tests
• Delivering entry level tests
• Grading tests
• Assisting the Education Coordinator with analysis of results for the purpose of curriculum development

2. Assisting with curriculum development
• Assisting the Education Coordinator with the development of training and assessment activities
• Translating curriculum materials from English to Thai.

3. Delivering and assessing Youth Connect training programs
• Delivering Thai language training with a focus on practical usage of speaking, listening, reading and writing
• Assessing students' understanding of the training content
• Giving regular feedback to students on their progress
